Yashica-Mat 120

Recently took some time to focus on improving my texture workflow, and what better way than using a prop that contains multiple materials.
I have always loved the shape of old antique cameras so the Yashica-Mat 120 was the perfect prop to use. Modelled the camera and photos within Blender before setting it up to be textured in Substance Painter using masks and hand painting. I chose to use Material Layers within UE5 as this allowed me to use tileable textures and get highest resolution possible on the prop. This also allowed me a lot of flexibility on where I want to add dirt and wear to the camera. For the photos I used a combination of Megascan paper decals and actual photos to create vintage photos, within Substance Designer, all related to 1971 when the Yashica-mat 120 was released.
